Juice Of The Week No.3

More of a smoothie than a juice, so very satisfying. This is a real treat, definitely not something to have every day unless you want to add some inches to your waistline. Damn delicious, though.


  • Strawberries (punnet)
  • Bananas x 2
  • Cinnamon (ground, sprinkled)

Sweet! Is very filling.

Energy. The combination of banana and strawbs will give your sugar levels a spike, but the cinnamon will help balance that, as well as boosting the flavours
